Unloading charges are to be borne by the receiving party.

Parcels/luggage are carried at the owner's risk.

In case the parcels are lost or damaged in transit, the company will not be liable, although every effort will be made by the company to ensure the safe transportation of parcels.

Contraband and liquid items are not permitted to be carried in the vehicle. The luggage (parcel owners) will bear sole responsibility in case any objectionable or contraband goods are found in the package by GST or any other authority.

E-way bill generation is the responsibility of the consignor/consignee, and the company is not responsible in case of any inquiry or seizure of goods by GST or any other authority.

We do not hold any other responsibility upon the arrival of parcels/luggage.

Luggage/parcels should be collected within 24 hours of arrival; failing which, the management is not responsible, and no claims will be entertained after days of booking the consignment.

Parcels collected within a day are free of demurrage charges. After 5 days, demurrage charges of ₹10 per parcel, per day will be charged.

For delivery, please come along with ID proof, a company letter, or a company stamp.
